It doesn't need to be and in this book, Laura gets to the nub of how to deal with stopping the sabotage and also inspires with stories of women who achieved inspiring success, running businesses, writing books and being the women we aspire to be and can be when we STOP IT! Great read with lots of practical exercises and advice.
