Author, yoga teacher, sailor and ocean racer, Clodagh Whelan lives and teaches in Dublin, Ireland, when she is not sailing overseas.     Such a positive feeling book. She really does "believe it, see it and it will happen". What was lovely for the reader was how much life /technology is changing in twenty years, we still have the same time management problems but it reminds you to stop and appreciate in a nostalgic way; how far we have come. A god book to read if you are on the brink of making life changes yourself.
