.................................................................................

When you go to Greece to meet your family but end up snogging your smokin' hot tour guide #sorrynotsorry

Jane is fed up of being the odd one out in her adoptive family. So in a very un-Jane-like move she books a last-minute ticket to find her birth father - and the
real Jane. Armed with the knowledge that he was a tour guide called Dimitri, and multiple boxes of condoms from her mother (#cringe), she sets off.

It turns out that
everyone in Greece is called Dimitri, including her very own sexy tour guide, who strikes her a deal. He'll help if she goes on an adventure with him. The old Jane would have never have risked a holiday romance, but the new Jane has other ideas. As the search for her father commences, she might just find something else entirely...

This was my first Jo Watson book and it got me hooked! Within a week I’d downloaded and read all of her books while I was on my hols. I really enjoyed this one. Some reviewers have said they didn’t like Jane but I really warmed to her and actually saw a couple of my friends in her character. This author’s formula is tried and testerd. Average girl, unlucky in love, goes to a faraway country and meets a hot guy, lots of unbelievable coincidences, she can’t believe he actually likes her because he is so hot and she thinks she’s not, twist in the tale, will they or won’t they get through the big test to their relationship etc etc. Perfect easy read for holidays. Looking forward to the next one, preordered ready for October!

I loved this book. I have recently read Jo Watson previous 2 books and fell in love with them, however from the description of this and knowing this character briefly in the other books, I was not sure on this one and in no rush to read, however........... Jo Watson writes beautiful characters, the dialogue is funny and real and makes you get lost in the story, I read this in an evening. Jo has such a skills for observation and creating those moments between characters that makes you hold your breath. I love love love this book, sad when it ended, it’s a real find if you like these chicklit style of books.

Great read to just escape for a while. I enjoyed Jo Watson’s other books so bought this one have to say the story was just not as good to me as the 2 previous novels maybe because the story lines are all very similar or maybe because I just didn’t feel a connection to the Jane as much as I did the other too. I enjoyed it enough I would read again though and have ore ordered Jo’s new book due out this year

Not a thing, could very much identify with many of the emotions expressed by ''Jane'', following a divorce in 1992, and even though I am a male, elderly, father of 3 wonderful children, all of who decided to stay with me, and are now my best friends, the words reminded and moved me greatly. Thank you for a wonderful book.

If you looking for a story to make you forget about life for a while then I highly recommend this book.....so put the kettle on, get your blanky out...put some Greek music on in the background and get whisked away in this wonderful story. xx

Jo said that this book was hard to write, well it was hard to read too. As someone that was fostered at 3 days old, I've had moments when I truly don't feel apart of my foster family. It's not anything they do, its just little moments I get where I feel left out, so I know exactly how Jane feels and thats what made this book hard to read. Apart from that, I absolutely loved the book. It was emotional and funny and I now have a serious craving for Greek food. I hope Vals story is next. I want to read more about the amazing characters from this book and the other two and watch Val fall in love(hopefully with a guy she meets at Lilly and Damiens wedding :D)

Ive just finished reading this book a second time and I still found myself laughing out loud! Ive never ever laughed out loud publicly whilst reading a book before yet Jo Watson manages to do just that and I find it difficult to hold it in. I find myself reading her books always with a smile on my face.
