Short and concise biceps workout programs and explanation behind the various goals, i.e. mass building or definition.
Me and my partner have been trying it out for a few weeks and can see results. You can tell that the writer is a body builder who knows his stuff and doesn't waste hours showing off or telling you more theory than is necessary. I got a few more in the series. I'd definitely recommend them

Paul Martin & William O'Brien share their experience in fitness. This is a good collection of tried and tested exercises, I am looking forward to follow their advice.

This book was sent to me gratis for an unbiased review.

I've been collecting these books for my son, who enjoys working out and wants to target specific parts of his body for strength and mass. He has found each one useful for its specified area. A great collection for exercise enthusiasts or competitive body builders alike.

The Fired Up Body series is a great easy to follow exercise regiment, and it's just not for the guys. It is also a way for ladies to firm muscles and build strength and endurance. I stared following the regiment of exercises with my husband with Power Legs, and noticed that my legs became toned and stronger, enabling me to take nature hikes through the Appalachians. After about a month of following the workouts in "Bulging Biceps," I have noticed a definite firmling of my upper arms, and an uplifting of my chest...well bosom. Ladies, this series is not just for men.

One amazing book to get the burn in the biceps. Best workout I have had in a long time. Looking forward to moving on to the advanced routine.

Everyone knows what muscles guys are judged by: their biceps. Yeah, it's great to be able to bench a lot of run a fast mile but biceps are the key to looking stronger and feeling stronger. Mr. Martin does an excellent job of walking you through exactly how to get the type pf huge gains in your biceps that you've always wanted. Read this, do what Mr. Martin says, and you'll have the beach biceps everyone wants. I read his book on getting huge shoulders and it worked for me. This is another homerun.

Another perfect guide to add to the growing collection for my boyfriend. He loves them. I highly recommend for those who take working out seriously. These guys know what they're talking about! Easy to follow instructions!

1.0 out of 5 stars A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
Reviewed in the United States on 26 January 2017
I don't know where all these 5-star reviews are coming from, but I personally felt this book was awful! And I use the term 'book' EXTREMELY loosely, because at 27 pages, it's little more than a pamphlet, and even then, 15 of the 27 pages are taken up by the cover, intro, disclaimer, table of content and pictures of someone in competition poses. The information in the remaining 12 pages could have been summed up in ONE page, maybe one and a half if you're generous with your words and formatting. Having said all that, I could at least give the authors some slack if the information, though scant, were of high quality. IT IS NOT! Basically, all it does is describe a 3 day a week routine, consisting of between 3 and 6 exercises for mass, and between three and six exercises for definition, with a beginner, intermediate and advanced option, the beginner being the 3 moves and the advanced being the six. And though they include pictures of bodybuilders posing in competition, they are absolutely no pictures of the exercises prescribed therein! There's even one exercise they prescribe that they call the 'Biceps 21 Exercise', but they never bother to describe what the exercise is! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

These are excellent books for anyone who is serious about improving their fitness and getting in shape. I got this book and the others for my husband. He hates the gym and we can’t afford a personal trainer but with his doctor’s okay, and our son’s weights these books have provided incentive to get him working out on a daily basis. Very pleased with my purchase.
