    Great, concise expert advice on how to get the best out of your workout. Straight to the point with simple instructions for beginners, immediate and advanced. Feeling really fired up from the encouragement, the new training routine and the results. Money well spent.

    This is an amazing collection of tried and tested exercises and methods that people can use to help get that body you want. My husband is into body building and loved this book. He tried all the exercises and said it works. Amazing book!

    What more can I say about Pumped Chest: Fired Up Body Series - Vol 2: Fired Up Body? My collection of this excellent series is growing. Perfect for your loved one who 'lives' at the gym. Actually, I'm getting into this as well since my boyfriend's results are making themselves known. He loves this series by Martin and O'Brien. Easy to read and follow! We highly recommend!!

    Well, if you want to start building up your physique and getting in shape, this is definitely the read for you. All solid exercises with great accompanying information.

    As an exercise enthusiast, I gained much insights from this book. Lots of on building up the chest. Definitely worth reading from these two experts.

    After overeating during the holidays, my husband and I made our typical resolutions about losing weight. This year I’m going to make sure we stick to it. I use the treadmill daily, and I bought these books, and the others in the set for my husband as incentive. He has a sedentary job and through the years he’s put on weight and become diabetic. His doctor recommended exercise. Hubby is going through the books now. The beginner routines are simple and easy for him to follow and include in his busy day. So glad I found them.
