- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 August 2020This book made me laugh quite a lot but I did get a bit bored at times. Paige met Alec and the attraction was immediate but it never seemed to be the right time for them to get together. Each time either of them were unattached it seems the other was in a relationship. Paige went onto become a top model and Alec a famous photographer. Paige had various boyfriends, all a bit of a disaster, but for me it happened too many times. That could just be me though, it was still a good read.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 July 2024Although this is not my normal kind of read it was actually a very good read, I couldn't wait to find out weather the main character's actually got together and I was intrigued to find out how their lives turned out, so I would say well worth a read.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 October 2018I normally don’t like bellyaches but when they come from laughing too hard I can kind of get over it. That is exactly what I had to do when I read Charlotte Fallowfield’s Until we Collide. It was damn funny.
Until We Collide is the story of Paige. Paige is in love with Alec but when her plans to make him fancy her leave her spritzed in cow poo we can see she isn’t making the most traditional best impression.
We see a series of wacky misadventures coupled with Paige’s verbal diarrhoea and you cannot help but laugh out loud. Paige is a modern day Bridget Jones.
What is quite remarkable is that Fallowfield took a risk with the character of Paige. Running parallel to all of her mishaps is the fact that she comes of age and blossoms. She ends up with a job as an international supermodel. Now, for the average girl (me) that could be kind of hard to connect with. For some, this would be an instant book closer but Fallowfield has made Paige to be wonderfully normal and also rather tangible in her clumsiness.
Until We Collide is a brilliant Sliding Doors comedy that will have you grabbing your sides with laughter.

This has got to be one of my most anticipated reads to date. When CJ told me she was branching out into a new genre I was bouncing with excitement. Her other books, despite being completely different genres always had elements of comedy and she never fails to make me laugh hysterically and her one liners. So I had no doubt she would nail this new venture.
The story of Paige...the young woman with a run of bad luck in all things venture and love related.
Until she "collided" with Alec!
Excerpt
I'm kind of old fashioned and superstitious. I think if two people are meant to be together, they'll find their way back to each other, no matter what. I have to believe that one day, I'll turn a corner and you'll be there, that we'll collide in a passionate embrace and pick up where we left off.
With the pair about embrace their careers and futures - and not to mention more hilarious antics - the pair would go on their own paths in an aim to find happiness.
Excerpt:
I wanted to be his everything, or nothing. And once again, it seemed I was the latter, as there could never be any middle ground for me.
But could they eventually get together and work their busy professional schedules around their personal lives? Would they both try to find happiness elsewhere?
A truly tear inducing, funny read with some of the best one-liners that will have you reaching for the Kleenex to dry your eyes and the tena lady for other fluids!
A definite must read!
Final excerpt:
Don't make me waste any more of my life waiting for you. It's our time to collide right now.

I loved reading Paige and Alex's story and following them on their journey and I loved how well developed the story and the characters were.
I'm looking forward to reading more from Charlotte Fallowfield. I want to rate this book more than 5 stars as it is definitely worthy of them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Clueless Disaster Klutz
This was so funny. I could identify in so far as I'm a bit of a disaster klutz myself, and this had me laughing my way through (and cringing in parts). The h is sweet and clueless but has a great and fearless bestie who is the ring leader of many scheme and mishap, and just the person to bring the h out of her shell. She bumbles her way into fame, through many adventures while always pining for her first love who she doesn't know secretly still pines for her, but jobs, careers, misunderstandings and would-be lovers keep getting in the way of true love.
I enjoyed that they included more than one epilogue going forward into their lives so you could see how everything turned out not just now, but many years later. I also loved that the author described the clothes and shoes the h wears throughout, depicting the scenes so I could picture it in my head like a movie (and also so I could live vicariously through the fictional character - I'm a bit of a wannabe fashionista). And of course, I'm a sucker for a happy ending. Well worth the read.

4.0 out of 5 stars Funny n good
It is about twists n turns and curves that life throws in life, it is sweet, funny, romantic, sad and sweet . It is quite enjoyable and takes place over a long period of time ( 13 years) before epilogue which adds another 17 years. So it was nice n good.

5.0 out of 5 stars A fun read
Likeable characters and a lively plot. I had to keep reminding myself that the leading lady was rich and famous because she seemed so normal - apart from her habit of getting into embarrassing situations.......

5.0 out of 5 stars Colliding never looked better
This story was romantic, funny, sappy and many more adjectives that scape my fingers right now. I started reading it last night, and this morning it was the first thing that I grabbed after the cob-webs of sleep cleared out (well, the 2nd thing I reached for after my coffee).
It kept me cringing every time that Paige got into one accident after the other, and it kept me cheering for her and Alec even after every time Paige thought she had fallen in love with someone else.
Mrs. Fallowfield didn’t need to fill the book with words such as p**s or p**y to keep me engage with her tale; she didn’t need to describe perfect bodies or dark and mysterious men to make me fall in love with her characters.
