    A fantastic read and very uplifting, I was buzzing at times with the tips and tricks to becoming more productive, it's easy to procrastinate and get into a rut but after reading this book I feel I'm ready for action on unfinished projects I'd started, a must read for all and it will be worthwhile I'm sure.

    Great outline on what happens to our motivation after inspiration has fled (and how to get it back).
    Use these tips daily to make sure your motivation stays on track. I've tried them and, yes, they do all work!
    Only docked a star because some of the tips could, I feel, be fleshed out a little more. On the other hand you will probably find the brevity makes them more suitable for instant application.
    Highly recommended, especially if linked to more in-depth guides to personal success.

    It gives 77 ways each on separate page and with a description of 2-3 sentences on average giving not much content of useful knowledge. Some of those ways are pretty much the same thing, just worded differently. E.g. One of the motivation switches is "it takes time"?! I stopped reading after that point. No quality content and I guess its beauteous the author was just "practising". It was free hence the 2nd star.

    I could not put this down and I ended up reading it in one sitting!! I found myself nodding in agreement and say yep I know that or that's true, but then thinking well, why don't I do it then! Great tips and I will find myself referring back to this book over and over again........

    Its an easy read and each point you can apply and measure in your own life, so re-reading it is a great way to ensure you understand it

    I stumbled upon this book last week while trying to get motivated to do certain tasks. Instantly I fell in love with the cover and had to get it because it talked about motivation, procrastination and how to achieve success. Something at the time I was struggling with, it felt like fate led me to this book when I needed it the most.
    AJ Winters provides some amazing tips at how to accomplish your dreams and get the most out of your life. Each of the tips she mentioned I can implement with ease in my daily life and there’s really no re-working of anything that needs to happen to implement any of the tips either. All you need to do is be self-aware.
    A lot of these tips I’ve already implemented in my daily life and I’ve noticed a huge change in my mental state and feeling motivated about certain tasks. And I don’t think that would be the case if I hadn’t been reading this book, it truly has helped me.

    J'ai vu autant d'avis positif donc je l'ai acheté sans hésitation.
    Je connaissais déjà pas mal de tips, mais le gros point fort n'est pas là,
    à la différence des autres livres que j'ai pu lire, ce livre va a l'essentiel, et c'est ça qui me plaît !
    Il fait gagner du temps, son format a été pensé, et j'y suis sensible.
    Bon je ne l'ai pas encore fini, donc à voir avec le temps si mon avis évoule.
    En l'état je le recommande sans hésiter.
