    I give this book 5 Hot stars.
    I started this book and before I knew it I was almost at the end and it was a great read at night I just couldn't put this book down. With each word your brought into there world and wow what a hot world that is.
    I have a rule I never give anything away But I will say your going to love this book it's so Hot I think the pages was going to set alight.

    We have some great writing here and the whole story is easy to follow and just draws you in with great characters & it's a steamy story.

    Lex is all sexy, Hot body and with a great powerful businessman, a billionaire, he is anyone's distraction. He knows what he wants when he see's it.

    Jillian is a powerful woman in her own right, she's a stuntwoman who takes risks on a business lvl and has the Sass behind her too.

    With him wanting her how will there worlds join together and will she be able to resist him and just do the job in hand.

    I highly recommend this book to all and your love this with the twists and turns your just want more and more.

    Now a second book is coming soon which I look forward to reading.

    This is the first book in the infinitus billionaire series where we meet Lex looking for a temporary wife to cinch a business deal. Enter Jillian, a beautiful, fiesty, independent, Hollywood stunt double/ Hell on wheels. The mutual attraction is explosive the instant they meet and the pages flowed with their passion. Friends and family were aplenty including Lex's billionaire pals. Although kinda predictable the storyline had a few twists. I enjoyed it enough to order the next book. This can be read as a standalone although I thought the ending was a bit quick.

    Ok, well it appears I have had this little gem on my kindle since Sept 2015. I have no idea why I never got round to reading it, but OMG I have missed out over the last year! Not just on this book, but E. B Walters in general. I'm off to buy everything she has ever written!

    It has everything I want in a book. Jillian is my favorite h of the year, and Lex..... he's in a league of his own. I loved him sooooo much!
    Impulse is full of romance, drama, stunts, crazy hot billionaires that use their money to save the world...*swoon*, familiy, lies, betrayal, lust, love and everything in between! The romance is the sweetest and most heart warming I've read in a long time, and the miscommunication and back and forth that our H and h go through adds the perfect amount of angst. My stomach was like was washing machine, spinning and churning the whole way through, the feels I got from this book were intense.
    There is a scene at 74% that absolutely blew me away. Now, I read a book a day normally, so that's a load of literature.....but that scene at 74% is literally the best I have ever read. Intensely emotional, absolutely perfect in every sense.

    I cannot recommend this book enough.
    It is NOT your typical alpha billionaire romance. This book has something above all the others.

    One criticism (constructive, of course) is something I noticed another reviewer wrote before I got impulse. That is, there is a whole lot of people in this book. There is a huge amount of familiy, on both the h and H sides, and things can get a bit confusing. It didn't take away from the story because I didn't let anything take away from this beautiful piece of work, but it did get a bit much a couple of times.

    Overall, like I said, best book of 2016 so far.

    I nearly ditched this book a few times, it took so long to get going!. Once it did, around half way through, it was okay, if it had been a freebie, i wouldn't be commenting. The sex, once it started was alright, it just took sooo long to come (groan away). I don't mind a far fetched storyline, i like the escapism, but it just seemed to get a bit interesting then wham! the end!.

    This is the first book i have read by this Author, but it wont be the last.
    I found the Characters captivating and the story made we want to just keep on reading, basically I loved everything about this book, I was disappointed when it ended.
    I have since bought further books by this author and have not been disappointed, neither will you, do not hesitate to read.
    My only complaint is that im so tired in the mornings as i find myself reading late in to the night :)

    Alexander and Jillian are an explosive mix and there are some hot relationship scenes - be aware!
    Lex is used to getting his own way - until Jillian enters his world - and he finds he can't fully control either her or his own feelings .
    Jillian is used to taking controlled risks - but Lex is outside that category.
    Throw in an Irish family and I am hooked!
    Loved this read and already onto the next ...

    Good gravy this was such a good romance! Jillian intrigued me from the beginning, seeming so strong that I worried that it’d go over the top. But nope, never did! She was a BAMF when it came to her stunts and sports, yet she never gets bitter about how independent she is. I’m sure many of you know how some writers can’t do strong without bitchy. But Walters handles Jillian well!

    Then there’s Lex. Based on the blurb and the way most billionaire books go, I thought he’d be more than a little bit overbearing and possessive. Nope, not exactly. He’s perseverant and infatuated, which I just LOVED. Lex is an awesome boyfriend and lover, strong and sexy while pretty much being a feminist how men can realistically be. He wanted to protect Jill not because she was a woman, but because he loved her and didn’t want her to be hurt.

    The other characters were great--please tell me there’s a Chris & Greg book in this author’s works!--to include Douglas, Matthews, the other Fitzgeralds, the rest of the Infinitus members, even actor Keith. Speaking of Keith, I liked that Jill tells him she has someone special when he’s trying to flirt, and he doesn’t act like a jerk, pulling out that friendzone BS or anything like that. He respects her and pretty much drops his hitting on her for the rest of his scenes.

    Anyway, the relationship between the two is great. They’re playful and like 90-95% honest with each other. The drama comes from outside, stressful sources, not annoying hidden grudges (though they do see their relationship from slightly different viewpoints). Well yeah, and “the secret”, but it’s not a dramatic type like “I saw him kiss someone else but didn’t ask about it.” There’s a good plot to this that develops with them, which gets deeper and has a nifty twist later on.

    I was also very impressed with the sex. Just enough detail to be sexy without being raunchy. Often enough you can see how much they want each other without it overtaking the story. And they weren’t repetitive. The two went great together, pleasing each other and being at each other’s mercies in turn. I’m not cool with only one partner being used for the other’s pleasure (unless it’s a game or being shown as a Bad Thing), and you can feel how hot these two are for each other, but not just that. They honestly care for each other, and it’s enjoyable to read about.

    My only real complaint (and it’s something that isn’t really that big) is that Jill is considered a “potty mouth”. I mean, seriously? Working Hollywood? I think that was a stretch to believe. She barely curses, and they’re short things, not the long drawn out combinations of someone who REALLY likes to swear. But I guess it was an attempt to make her sound more of a ‘bad girl’ than she really is. It wasn’t very big, it just bugged me.

    So as you can see, I really enjoyed reading this book and having time to lull on it even several days later. The ending cuts off like an average book, but apparently leads way to the next which I really need to get soon! Plus, I want to DEVOUR everything else Walters has written, because she is a very impressive storyteller.

    Nachdem die Gestaltung des Covers kombiniert mit dem (Unter-)Titel und dem Blurb bei mir eine bestimmte Erwartungshaltung zum Inhalt dieses Buches suggerierten, muss ich sagen: auf's Angenehmste positiv enttäuscht :))).
    Jillian und Lex sind beide interessante, vielschichtige Charaktere, die sich auf Augenhöhe begegnen und wo die Chemie stimmt. Erotik ist reichlich vorhanden, aber passend zur Handlung, in die man ganz schnell hineingezogen wird.

    Wer etwas Sorgen hat, da dieser Roman noch einen zweiten Teil hat:
    Dieses Buch hat einen Abschluss, der einem auch ein positives Ende gibt, wenn man dann nicht noch das weitere Buch lesen will. Was man aber nach dem Lesen dieses Buches fast garantiert will, da man mehr von Jillian und Lex und Infinitus lesen möchte ;).

    Ein kleiner Schwachpunkt kam für mich kurz vor Schluss in bezug auf die Enthüllungen, was Jillians Verwandtschaft betrifft und wie dann damit umgegangen wurde. Da hat es mir etwas die Augen verdreht. Machte aber nicht ernsthaft meinen Lesespaß kaputt, weswegen es dafür keine Abzüge gibt.

    Kaufen und Lesen? Ja.
    Ich habe mir den Nachfolger "Indulge" auch gleich vorbestellt.
