The ingredients are easy to come by and you can easily mix and match with what you can find at your grocery store! Frozen fruit and veg is a lifesaver.

I LOVE the recipe's in this book their each to make and the thing's that you need for them are easy to get from the grocery stores. I am a very happy owner of a Nutribullet, but most recipes that I can find online are pretty standard. They also tend to get old and boring quickly. This book is comprehensive – it starts off with facts about health benefits of smoothies, goes on to explain the best way to make them you’re your Nutribullet, and finally it groups the recipes by their function and purpose, such as recipes for a healthy heart, detox, weight loss, healthy skin, and anti-ageing ones to name a few.

Juice cleanses and smoothies are very popular in the world of weight loss and fitness right now and as I am a very health conscious person who is always looking for new and interesting ways to stay healthy and get my proper dose of daily nutrition in a convenient and easy to make format and because I’ve heard a lot about the nutribullet recently. I thought I would do a little research and see if I could find any inexpensive yet informative resources that would clearly explain the benefits of the nutribullet system as well as provide me with some easy-to-use recipes to test this particular diet out. I stumbled across this book and I can honestly say that I’m glad I did all the recipes are very straightforward and easy to follow, not to mention they are extremely convenient and do not require too many extremely exotic ingredients that require me to go to a specialty store simply to acquire strange fruits and vegetables that I’m only going to use once in a while. The vast majority of the recipes contained within this book. Use fruits and vegetables that I generally already have in my pantry (although occasionally some exotic fruits and vegetables are mentioned and/or required for a specific recipe. However, I don’t mind having to find specialty ingredients once in a while, simply because it makes a nice treat and varies the diet. I’ve only had an opportunity to try a few of the recipes, but I can honestly testify that the ones I have tried have been absolutely delicious, particularly the raspberry protein drink for breakfast and the “oh so beautiful.” Simply because I did not know that cashews could taste so delicious in a smoothie.
I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I believe you will be to as long as you are willing to expand your palate and taste buds.

I am a health and diet enthusiast and I am astonished by the recipes in this book! I have never seen a recipe book that gives such a wide variety of choices for smoothies that are not only beneficial for your health but great for the skin too! What's more exciting about it is that the ingredients can easily be found in your local grocery store. The smoothies are really fun and easy to make, and it gives ample summary the health benefits you gain from them. My personal favorites are the Color Me Happy and the Oh So Nutty smoothies. This book definitely helps you lose weight, feel great and look forward to every meal and snack!
