    Great value book. Would recommend.

This was well written. And although I didn't want to believe the answers were obvious, I worked it out before it was revealed. However, it didn't disappoint. In fact, once the truth was revealed, I wanted to see how it played out. The ending came quite quickly (or maybe that's because I didn't put the book down). The cliffhanger ending didn't tempt me to go on I'm sorry to say, but maybe, one day, after a lot of reflection, I will return and continue the saga. Overall, the story is a very good one.

This is a short novel with a couple of twists but we are not left in suspense for very long. We know who is responsible for the first death, but it is the consequences of that death which form the basis of the story. What exactly happened to Jamie and where did she disappear to? There is potential to create a parallel story as Jamie becomes the victim of yet another murderous attack at a later stage, but sadly that opportunity is not taken up. That Jamie regains her memory without any great dramatic event does give more of a touch of reality than is often the case in novels, as is the fact that she is unable to hide the fact that she can remember things. This book is hard to categorise, it isn't really a mystery or a detective novel; no-one really does a great deal of investigation, the connections made are more coincidental than methodical. For all that, it is not a bad read despite being rather short. It is neither taxing nor demanding but is a way of entertaining oneself for the couple of hours that it takes to read.

I really enjoyed this book. Once I started it, I couldn't put it down. There were twists and turns in it to keep you guessing. The only thing I didn't like was the way it ended in mid conversation. It felt like the story should be continued in the next book, only having read the first few chapters of it in the preview at the end of the kindle book, the story does not continue! Still worth a read tho as it is a really good story, but in my opinion the ending could have been better.

To Kill For has a gripping story line, which lasts right through until the end. I read this in just one sitting, the book has many twists and turns and keeps you guessing until the big reveal.

The only problem I had was I felt that characters could have been more defined, as this book is the firs in a series hopefully the characters will become more and more real as the series progresses. However I really wanted to know why the character of Kat left town for Los Angeles and why she was so reluctant to return and finally stay, why would sge attend her Aunt and Uncle’s funeral, but not those of her own parents?

Why did her Aunt and Uncle push their adopted son the way they did and I am sure that many of these questions will be revealed in subsequent books.

The copy i read was a free Amazon Kindle download and while I enjoyed the book it didn’t make me want to rush back to Amazon and download the next in the series. Although if it ever popped up on the free list of downloads I probably would add it to my TBR.

Gave up at 24%.. Well it was free, so what do you expect. Lots of smut in the first chapters, because obviously the author thinks I need titillating to keep me interested. Very thin writing. Repetition of hackneyed cliches like "He knew exactly how to push her buttons". This button pushing talent has the utterly unbelievable quality of being able to change people's minds instantly, no discussion, no debate, no argument, just 'Oh, OK then I'll do what you want even though it goes completely against what I want'. I was annoyed by Jamie who meekly agrees to marry Ted. Jamie doesn't want to get married at all, and certainly not straight away. But it's fine because Ted 'can push her buttons', so she agrees. Then there's Jake's tart, who seems savvy enough to work her around rich guys, but when Jake 'pushes her buttons' meekly agrees to lie for him to cover a murder. Everyone in this books seems to be a thinly painted idiot. No reason to care about any of them. This felt like it was shaping up to be a watered down Dallas wannabe.

This is an exciting read right from the getgo. Characters are well developed, and the yarn flows well and actually makes sense as it goes. A suspenseful but light read that really held my interest. I found it to be one novel that was hard to put down. I certainly recommend this book.

The story was rich in intriging twists and turns as the main characters find themselves in complicated situations , including a murder .
the characters were well constructed and held up the suspense in the plot. Jake was the weak Brother while his sister proved to have a strong enough character to reconstruct her life.
I read this book in only 2 days as I couldn't wait to find out the ending.

This storyline is fantastic. It turns in every page once you know the charters you'll recognize them as you read on. Not your normal mystery book but definitely a page Turner all the way to the end. And you'll want more. Good read.
