    I got this book ages ago and for what ever reason I didnt read it. On the off chance I started to read it, and form page 1 I couldnt put it down. I was up until 4am finishing it! What a wonderful read this book is. Its got everything you want in a bad boy romance, what I like how ALL of the characters have a supporting part, that is well written in to the plots. Its not all plain sailing, there is happiness, laughter sadness, pain, fear and so on, a good range of situations and emotions that you feel as your reading along. Its not predictable, there are some great twists in it.
    I recommend reading this.

    This storyline was good. Alyssa is at college and walked in on her boyfriend Ryan with another girl, she thought he was the love of her life and was devastated. Enter Rocco, a rich, womanizing, fellow student who falls for her rapidly and she for him. Lurking around the corner is a psycho ex. an ex and wannabes.
    However I found it quite hard to read in parts as the tense changes, both present and past, affected the story's flow. It is hard to write in present tense constantly. I also found that some parts that I would have wished to be more detailed weren't, so, for me, there was a lot of reading between the lines.
    I also found the declarations of love too quick and trying to be intense but not quite reaching it. Some of the friends reactions were over the top too, although they were all very good friends looking out for each other. The ending though, was handled very well.
    I hovered between three and four stars but in the end I've decided on rounding it up to four.
    For teenagers and above.

    YOU HAVE GOT TO READ THIS BOOK IT'S AMAZING!!!!!! I read this book in one sitting it's fantastic from start to finish. It's not even the main love story, it's the Friendships and all the other twists that make this an unbelievable book. I do think there could be a second book on Ryan maybe going after her again maybe.... I hope so.

    This is a YA romance story.
    I have read these before but it is not my age-group and I did find this one a bit baby-ish in places.
    The element of the story was quite good - Alyssa, finds her sweetheart cheating on her and then the college hearthrob - Rocco - falls in love with her. However, she needs to learn to trust again.
    They are good together, there is the typical conflict storyline, but as has been reviewed on here previously, declarations of love come fast and then all of a sudden they are talking about being parents and having kids?! Really?! They are like 20-something with their whole lives ahead of them. For that alone, it's lost a star but overall sweet storyline, inoffensive, easy read.

    Alyssa walks into a bedroom at a party hoping to find her boyfriend waiting for her, however when she walks in not only is he there but he isn't alone. instantly she is heart broken, NEVER going to have another man in her life. Jeff was her Best Friend, helped her through some terrible times in her life. She was the person that she went to when the world was becoming to much. but when that is ripped away from you, you are left wondering what the point was.

    Rocco Matthews has volunteered to be paired with Alyssa to work on a Lab project. its unheard of from him, he is the quiet one in the corner that works alone. but he has noticed Alyssa for a while, and while she always seems sad, she seems like she is starting to come out of it. he doesn't know what the sadness is from but he know that he likes the way she looks.

    They have a great relationship, they work through a few of the problems that they have, but Rocco is hiding a big one, he knows that he needs to tell Alyssa before she finds out the wrong way. but when that problem shows up in a way that makes it a life or death choice he knows that if he ever gets a chance again he will NEVER let her go.

    I really enjoyed this book, a little of everything, Love, LOL moments between all the roommates, suspense, heartbreak, tears. there was no cliffhanger, the Epilogue made you excited about the future of all the characters in the book!

    I enjoyed the story. A story about two people who fell in love and that love changed their lives completely. It's such a quick and sweet read. The story was narrated between alternating POVs of Alyssa and Rocco and I must say that it was flawlessly done. Great plot, amazing characters and great dialogues. A lot of funny moments especially between friends of both main characters. They have brought more depth into their story. I was frustrated a lot of times to their immature decisions, wasted time over misunderstandings that should have been solved if they have talked through it and acted maturely. The story started slow for me but soon picked up so I was entertained. Quite predictable with some shocking revelations along the story.

    All in all, this was a great read.

    I don't often share or provide reviews unless a story completely captures my imagination. I stumbled upon this book while browsing yesterday and decided to take the chance and purchased it. I'm happy to say it is the most mature story of all of the "NA" or new adult stories available out on the market.

    The story takes the reader on the emotional journey of the two main characters, Rocco and Alyssa, who are college students. Without giving anything away, let's just say the heroine has more than her fair of drama at such a young age. Rocco isn't w/o his drama either. This story is about two young adults finding their way in life and ending up with one another. Rocco and Alyssa have a group of friends that were merged together once they became a couple, who provide the love and support needed on their journey.

    This story provides romance, drama (two exes, one crazy and in denial, the other needy and in denial) and a HEA. Just make sure you have the Kleenex near when reading.

    Would I re-read this again? Yes.

    This book was a nice break from an over saturation of MC reads, NA/contemporary reads, paranormal read, erotica, etc. You get the idea.

    For the most part, I enjoyed this read. I would put my rating at more of a 3.5, as there were elements that I really enjoyed. I really liked Rocco, and his back story; Alyssa was a little harder for me to connect to for some reason, her back story seemed a little sporadic and haphazard. As much as I enjoy a good love story, and even the love at first sight dynamic, I never did fully embrace this couple the way that I would have liked to. And as quickly as they came together, was a quickly as things started to unravel. I could appreciate the concern that Rocco had regarding his ex, but his reaction was a kneejerk; I could understand how Alyssa would question his feelings, as everything about their relationship was quick. The twist and turns and the "reveal", were a little predictable, yet fun to read, and it was nice to see everything come together.
    The overall plot was interesting, the supporting characters added to the storyline, and of course we got a nice HEA ending with no cliffhangers or loose ends. I just wanted to be more vested into the H/h and the love part of their story.
