    Very approachable style of writing, easy to follow and navigate layout. I like the way Claire sheds light on our resistances and lays out the steps to move through these, with clear stepping stones along the way. Lots of practical how to's that make it real for me.

    This is a very good book if you're new to EFT and want to familiarize yourself with it's fundamentals and practice. Claire explains it very clearly and makes it very enjoyable to read.

    Review of Everyday Happiness by Claire Hayes

    As someone who has been lucky enough to hear author and EFT therapist Claire Hayes speak in person, I saw immediately at first hand that her key skill is in communicating her rare knowledge, professionalism and experience with huge natural warmth, humour and insight. Delving into this eminently readable book is JUST like being in the same room as her - in fact, like finding a new friend. In dealing with an issue as crucial and, one would think, unreachable, as teaching Everyday Happiness, the book's "chatty", informal and in parts very amusing and self effacing style immediately engages the reader, but at the same time, the wisdom it contains is profound . Claire Hayes's lovely book is useful as a practical tool for positive thinking, whether or not one decides to use the practical EFT exercises so well outlined and explained. She is honest about her OWN past struggles, particularly with her autistic daughter, and her own path to overcoming her own personal challenges, which I found enormously touching and which gave the book depth. The reader will feel led by the hand down a clearly marked path which they will want to follow. The book is laid out in a novel, step by step and very readable way - plenty of sub headings and short paragraphs keep the reader's attention. Everyday Happiness as a book provides the reader with a fabulous tool-kit for dealing with both deeper long-term as well as everyday short-term problems and issues and will, I believe, if followed, provide a real way for changing the way one thinks about life. I am still marginally resistant to EFT - but 100% less so since reading this book and would certainly recommend it to all those who want to deepen their understanding of themselves.

    A great book where you really feel the author is talking to just you. She takes you through how to do EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) in a really easy to follow way. It's a way to clear out the junk in your head without having to drag it all up, relive it or talk endlessly about it. You identify current emotions and feelings and get rid of them or improve them. There are LOADS of really relevant and useful tapping "scripts" which are also very well written, thought provoking and actually do help e.g. I am not (I insert the word "confident") enough. You are then taken through the things to say to explore this feeling as you tap through the meridian points on your body and watch how the emotion changes, identify what's really up, clear the negative self image and feel better. I wish they taught us this as kids. Every one of my friends is getting a copy of this for Christmas and birthdays.

    How lucky are we to have the author of this amazing booking coming to Dalyan, Turkey? I hope the copy of my book will be signed by Claire, something we will happily share with all our guests. Fantastic book to spread the word about EFT which is an awesome technique to heal and transform your life, with a little help from Claire, some Joanne and I use on a daily basis and have healed many emotional and physical issues eg Joanne had a tooth abscess but no pain plus a fractured bone on her upper arm which she was told required an operation to pin it back but she healed it with tapping (EFT) instead! With this book you truly can find everyday happiness. AWESOME! Well done Claire it's our privilege to spread the news of your fabulous book :)

    I am passionated about EFT having been introduced to it 10 years ago and also a Practitioner. I am also passionate about this book and the book title speaks volumes, so I highly recommend you get a copy and starting tapping now! Introduce it into your life and you will be amazed at how your life truly changes and transforms - "EFT Tapping for Self Transformation that Really Works" is exactly what you will find this book contains as soon as you open the pages, start reading and using EFT! Brilliant :)

    I enjoyed the tips and strategies for tapping on a range of issues. The book went beyond tapping and spoke about many relaxation and meditation methods, which was a great bonus. I find that tapping of the energy meridians can be slightly different on parts of the body from one book to the next. For instance, I never learned about tapping lower down the stomach, as the author mentioned.

    This is a hugely helpful guide for how to use tapping in one's daily life to bring about significant improvements in every area - self-love, health, relationships, abundance, etc. Claire writes clearly and with the certainty that comes from having experienced EFT's amazing powers in her own life and having witnessed it in others' lives. If you're looking for an easy, actually doable approach to self transformation, this book should be your guide.

    Good book on EFT. This is a powerful tool to use. Trick is to do it consistently which is my problem.

    I have read other EFT books, and tapped along with EFT videos... but this is the first book that gave me the confidence to tap without other people's scripts!
