As an avid reader its handy to have your book collection with you. Some books are lacking images but hay that’s why we have imaginations. Overall very pleased.

Although I enjoyed reading this book I felt it was let down by the need of some serious proof work. Misspelling and just plain wrong words (bough instead of bow for the front of the ship).

This is a very interesting and in-depth book. I have read numerous books on the Titanic, and I must say this is one of my favorites. The author shows compassion for both the victims and the survivors of this terrible tragedy. If you enjoy reading about historical events and how they changed the world for us today, I highly recommend this book. Well done, Matthew Vollbrecht.

This is one of the most fascinating and engrossing books I have ever read. There's lots of details, but the details are not overpowering and distracting. Congrats to the author for a job well done.

but there are too many basic semantic errors - "site" instead of 'site', etc., and the information itself is not well documented. Walter Lord's big second book on the subject doesn't even appear in the bibliography.
