    This book is printed in black and white only! The charts are blurry! All the pictures of the dishes are black and white. The 14 day diet meal plan is not easy to read. In the diet meal plan it lists Mediterranean Meals which gives the name of a recipe but not the page number. So you have to flip back to the Table of Contents to locate the recipe.
    This meal plan requires you to cook 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. The recipes are for 6 - 10 people. Not very many American families have that many people in them. I also would not say the recipes are easy! Nor does the average American have the ingredients on hand. If you want to follow this meal plan you had better set aside time to first read the book, then take the time to read the recipes and make your shopping list. Then you had better have hours to spend in the kitchen daily!
